they were super nice but the nails itself are not good at all! They didn’t let it dry enough before they put on the next layer so my nails are literally bubbling up!!! It was my first and last time there…

I never post reviews, but I have never been happier with a set of acrylics than I am right now! I wish I had gotten her name, but I sat at station 3 and she was so precise when it came to the shape. She spent so much time making them look as good as possible and even put up with me wanting a different color for each nail.
Always a good experience when I come here!

If your looking for quality, this is the place to go. Nails look good and last. Tracy and Nick are beast when it comes to the nail game. Only draw back is the limitations on nail designs. Think Beyonce nails vs Cardi B. They don't do over the top here. The pic shows what I asked for with a color change vs. What I got. I'm in love.

The young man that did my nails did amazing, I don’t know his name I forgot but he did it quick but it was clean and beautiful and I loved them!

2 stars for doing an excellent job on the outcome of the nails. That's the goal.
Not 5 though.
Nail Tech Nick asked me to switch my service to something easier about 3x. I think they were short staffed and trying to keep up with all the people coming in the door.
Called me picky since I don't have a regular nail place I go to. Even though it's just finding a place last minute, since it's the way my life is right now. To me, that was downright rude.
Watched me sign the receipt as I was tipping. That is very tacky behavior. I still gave nearly 30% since the nails were well done. His girlfriend Tracy is the owner, so this kind of behavior must be acceptable to her. To me it's not just about the quality of the product but the quality of the service as well.
