They did an amazing job on my nails they we're polite, friendly, and professional the entire time. And gave me exactly what I wanted for Christmas.

Besides being a beautiful salon - service and friendliness are top notch.
Today's visit showed their high level of professionalism...I personally witnessed a customer being extremely RUDE to an employee, and there was no return of words to the customer even though the employee was not in any way at fault OR deserving of such treatment.
I highly recommend Hi-Tek Nails!

For the first time in a longtime I actually was able to get my nails done and not be given a hard time. I always have shaky hands , always .. And normally whenever I go somewhere to get nails done I am being asked multiple questions or getting made fun of because my hands shake granted I don't think everyone means it maliciously. But I got my nails done today after months of not having any and the woman that helped me was "Sue" not sure exactly how her name is spelled, but I apologize over and over for shaky hands and she made me feel so comfortable about it, told me it's no problem dont worry and she can hold it steady for me. so thank you sue for making me feel like a normal person .. And the job you did on my nails is absolutely amazing

Service has gone downhill in the past 6 months or so. They do not do as good a job as they used to. They work too fast which make it so they lose quality in their work. Very disappointing I really used to like this place.
Would I recommend to a friend or stranger NO absolutely NOT!
