this is awful. I went there recently to get a full set and a pedicure. For one, they skipped 3/10 toes and then after a week my nails started peeling off. Now my entire nail is gone. Thinking of suing or getting a refund. $100 nails, that are worth 20

Horrible experience. The lady seemed very impatient and aggravated and jerked my hands around like a dog on a leash. I did not receive the nail design I asked for. Severe damage has been done to my natural nails, to the point where my fingers are in constant pain from the acrylics ripping them apart. Half of one of my nails was ripped off. They used the drill at the highest speed possible, and the floor was not clean. It was covered in dust and other client's nail clippings. My cuticules were covered in cuts and the filing was so aggressive that my fingers were in pain for days afterward. I'm worried about MMA use on client's nails.

DO NOT GO HERE! Me and my daughter went and they DID NOT USE BAGS in the foot bowls when doing our pedicure! We asked if they had any and they looked confused and said no. Then when they finished with our toes they just wiped the bowl out with water AND THE SAME TOWEL THEY USED ON OUR FEET GROSS! So no cleaning agent nothing! Then cut my daughters cuticle, made her bleed, then left polish all over our hands AND IT WAS LUMPY ON OUR NAILS! I got a lopsided nail and they charge regular price and don’t do basic stuff like push back cuticle on nails. DO NOT GO HERE! And I’m mad because I looked at previous reviews and saw they were bad went anyways and they were right it is terrible!

Horrible. Will never ever come back! Very unsanitary they don’t clean used products. i went in around 12:30 for a medi and pedi and didn’t leave til 4:30 with only a medi done because they took so long. And not to mention the man “jason” had to redo my nails because he could not do what i asked for. both sets that i had done looked like a two year old came and messed them up. I LEFT CRYING!!!

I went for the first time recently. I asked for gel nails and the lady didn’t prep my nails or anything. I’m not picky at all but it took her 10 minutes to do them and they were all peeling/ completely off 4 days later. Then I got my toes done and I told them I wanted a regular pedicure with just polish. They started putting on gel and I stopped them and said I only wanted regular pedicure with polish. The lady that did my nails came over yelling at me that the gel is the same price and to just do that. I was confused because that is never the case, so I told her I’m a bit lost because I said I wanted regular polish when I walked in. She kept yelling at me now saying that “they don’t do regular polish”. I looked at the menu and pointed it out to her where it said regular pedicure with polish and she said they menu was “old” and they do not use it anymore. She had her voiced raised and everyone was staring. I was very polite the entire time and was very embarrassed that she treated me like that when I have never been there. I was smart enough to see that she was trying to scam me, but I bet she has gotten a lot of other people to pay more than what they needed to. It was the first time in my whole life that I paid and left without tipping. Do not go here!!
