The owner/manager.( Phong Nguyen) did a horrible gel manicure and regular pedicure on me. When I discussed this with him he started yelling at me as he said the color of the polish looks good. I stated its not the color. Its a messy job. The polish was on my cuticles It looked bad! He was being overly loud with me. He then asked me what did I want? I stated to clean it up a redo or a refund. He said No! Again he preceded to tell me my nails looked good. Two other staff members agreed that my nails did not look good. Manager Phong was still hostile. I told him he would never get my business again. He said do not come back!
I truly did not understand his hostility.

I’m giving this crappy nail salon one star and THAT is being gracious. The manager/owner or whatever he is PHONG NGUYEN (I’m typing his name in all caps so you see his name and stay away from him and his salon) did my nails and a preschooler could have done a better job. He painted my cuticles and for someone who owns a nail salon and does this for a living, his work is unkempt and sloppy.
In addition to being incompetent in his profession, he’s also incapable of accepting criticism. When I went back to voice concern over my nails, this man had the nerve to get loud and yell at me that everything looked good. This man acted like a child and threw a temper tantrum in front of the entire salon. Does he not realize these nail shops are on every corner and he’s a dime a dozen?! Trust and believe I will not ever set foot in this POS salon ever again!
My advice: get your nails done elsewhere and put this fool out of business!!!

I will never go back.. there was no one in the shop and that was the only.greatvthing about it.. Lynn was who helped me and did a horrible job on my hands..When she applied my tips the glue went everywhere.. my nails look so bad.. messy nail polish and I asked for gel and I didn't realize I picked reg polish.. when she began to apply it MESSY.. i said this doesn't look like.gel.. she said it's not and just continued polishing.. she charge me for gel and then had to fix it.. my nails look like my daughter did them! I will.never return.. don't waste your money.. go somewhere else.. I paid because I didn't want to make a scene but they'll never get my.money again

This use to be my favorite place to go because the people before were so friendly and didn’t force you to talk the entire time . Even when I had not gone for months she would say “Good to see you honey”. I saw the New “manager “ sign and was skeptical but I thought I’d give it a try. The ENTIRE time both techs continued to talk trash about the people that use to work there and how the place looks so much better. First of all that’s unprofessional and the place looks the same so hush! Second yes they have new polish but they don’t tell you prices have gone up. It sucks to have to find a new place after years .

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Yesterday when I came, I was not told that I had to pay cash only because they did not have the payment terminal yet. But when I was being painted nails, I heard they told a customer who was ready to scan card for payment that she needed to go to take money from bank then went back to pay. I immediately told them I only had credit card right there because I was not told to pay cash before. The most horrible response I've ever got was they forced me to stop sitting there, go get money and then come back if I had wanted to continue doing my nails. How could they do that with customer? It is so disrespectful, offensive and unacceptable!
I cannot stop getting angry while writing this feedback. Hope others will skip this nail salon over right after they see what I wrote. It is 100% the truth.
