Phillip was extremely professional, polite, and personable. He thoroughly explained the process and products during my visit. He had to remove acrylic nails, which, in my previous experience at another salon, was painful. He took great care and TIME to ensure my experience was pain free! I have two teenaged daughters and the three of us will definitely be return customers!!! HIGHLY recommended!

I love this place it is more than relaxing!! I enjoy the people there and the nail techs are amazing !!

I proceeded to go into Q-Nails to get my nails done and after waiting an hour to get my nails done, I sat down to get my toes done and seen the man that was suppose to be doing my toes go over to the heating box for the utensils and act like he switched the dirty utensils for clean ones but he didn’t. He picked up the same utensils that he put down. When I asked him about it, he told me to leave. Both men in the salon were unprofessional and rude. I will never go back to this nail shop again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
