I am terribly disappointed with the service I received at Popular Nails on 6/19/2020 and hope you learn from my mistake and not give this place your business. I went for a polish change and I did have 2 toes with a small chip of gel left that required some filing. I expected a polish to be not more than $10 and they charged me 20 dollars because he “had to take off the gel”. On top of that the polish job was extremely poor and looks as if no time or effort was put into it.

OMG this place is amazing! I have been there twice and they treat you like royalty! The lady is wonderful! She is shy at first but after you talk with her she jokes and laughs! I’d just like to say thank you @popular nails! Great job!

We got right in but she cut my nails so short without asking and there very uneven I let them completely dry before I left. 30 minutes into leaving every nail started to chip off paint. Very unsatisfied!

My mom and I came in today to get our toes done, they were so good to us!!! My mom owns a bee farm and Rose was SO excited to talk about the bees with mom. She also talked to me about college. My toes and feet felt and looked SO much better.

They did a great job with my daughter's nails and she left happy. This was our second trip here and the first was just as good.
