Excellent! I showed up for the first time for a basic manicure and Paula fit me in. Can't wait for my pedicure in a couple of weeks.

I made an appointment for 10 am. Arrived 5 minutes early and salon not open. Called and was told she would not be there for 10 minutes. Left after waiting 15 minutes. Another woman waiting who also had 10am appointment. She called and asked me to come back so I returned at 10:20 only to find out I would have to wait for her to finish the other woman's pedicure before she could start.
Very unprofessional.

Very friendly. we didn't need an appointment but would recommend it on the weekend

Very friendly. I had a great pedicure and it was so relaxing. Easy to carry a conversation with. I would recommend everyone going and making an appointment first.
