I called ind a week before I went they said I was good to come at 5:30 I came at that time I signed in and they sat me down and said wait I waited about 3hour before she said the lady who was going do my nail wasn’t coming she apologize and and offer me a free full set with a different girl I schedule an appointment for the following Friday I went in the said I not on the list and that they don’t give out free appointment

Very unprofessional. I got the groupon with Victoria. The phone number listed on groupon was her cel I'm guessing which she should not have listed on there if she's not going to pick up, call back, or be able to make an appt with. I called a week and a half before I wanted to get in and she says she doesnt have her schedule. First of, if you're going to take business calls on your phone, have your schedule on your phone or email or take a pic of it! She tells me to call back and I did no answer. I called again and left a voicemail telling her I had a groupon and wanted to make an appt on Wednesday. Called again that day no answer. Called Saturday and left a voicemail again. No call back. Called Monday with a private number just to see if she was maybe trying to ignore my calls. Still no answer. Called early morning Tuesday no answer. Finally I went to the website and decided to call the boutique and sure enough I got an answer but then she hung up!!! Called again right after and she answered with a very snooty tone. I feel like I'm onconviencing her. No good morning, hi how are you, may I help you. I told her I've been calling and all she says is sorry. So I traded in my groupon. There's no way I'm going to her now. She might be having a bad week, weekend, morning but don't take it out on your customers. So if you have a groupon, dont mention it until you have an appointment set up!

My grandmother has been going to this salon for over 30 years. The staff is absolutely amazing.
