i am so glad that we decided to come to MK for nails. it was our first time. they were kind, and their service was amazing. best nail job i have had. they treat their tourists with the same respect and courtesy as their local clients. it is much appreciated and we will be back!! :) thank you MK

Went to this shop because of the great reviews on Google. Boy, was I so disappointed!!! I had an appointment for a gel manicure at 11am, waited 30 minutes before getting back to a chair. The lady clearly didn't like the color I picked because she went and got the sample basket and told me to look at other colors and there were prettier colors (Which was very rude)! She didn't ask if I wanted my nails square or oval, she just started cutting and shaping my nails and by the time I figured out what she was doing it was too late! (If she paid any attention to my nails, she would of seen that they were square and to keep them square) so now I my nails are oval...which I HATE! Then when she was cutting my cuticles, she wasn't getting all the dead skin. I had to tell her to stop and show her the areas she missed! She took an hour to complete my nails...so I didn't leave the salon until 12:30 and I only got a gel mani! I vacation the area every year and will not be back to this nail salon!

after my experience at that salon, i never want to get my nails done again. the nails started chipping, bubbling and turning a light yellowish color after a few days. i decided after 3 weeks to take them off, after i took them off my nails were completely ruined. you should not go to this place! i’m editing this now because the owner got back to me, they were gel nails and i didn’t go in any water that day and they turned yellow and bubbly. i used nail polish remover to get it off. i went with a friend and a mom and the same happened to them. i still feel the same way about this salon

I've been going to MK Nails for the last 2 months and they are great! The service is great and my nails always last longer then they should! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing!

We had a 10 person group reservation to prepare for a wedding. When we showed up, the staff had seemingly checked in another group for our reservation. Instead of apologizing or offering to accommodate our group, the staff argued with the bride about whether she had made a reservation even after she pointed out her name on the reservation list. Fortunately, the mother of the bride made one phone call to another salon and our group was politely welcomed elsewhere. Given how busy the other salon, we ended up with the best option by leaving.
