I have had the pleasure of coming to Allure several times over the years. Diane the manager is always kind, even tempered, knowledgeable on ALL SERVICES. No matter if the shop is empty or busy Diane will always greet you the same. Whether you’re scheduled or a walk-in they will fit you in. Allure can also be rented out for parties 🎉 n has spacious seating. So, you never have to worry about being on top of the other customers.

Initially my pedicure did not include soaking, cleaning up my cuticles, or a base coat for the polish. It looked so bad that a second tech tried to clean it up. When removing the gel on my nails, he filed away layers of my natural nail even though I stopped him several times to ask him to use a different tip on the drill. The color that I chose for the gel dip didn’t match my pedicure or the color on the card. Very disappointed overall. So much for my relaxing day at the spa!

I visited Allure for an manicure with overlay and pedicure. My daughter has had her nails done here many times and they turn out very nicely. My experience however was not the same. I asked for short coffin shaped nails. Just about all of my nails are crooked and leaning to the right lol. The lines are not clean and the tech did not smooth behind the nail which gives the nail a bubbled appearance from the side. I really wanted to love this shop but I am dissatisfied with my nails. I am going to try the shop again but insist on another nail tech. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time.

I've been to this shop several times (3) and each time I've asked, begged even for them to not use the drill on my natural nails because they go to far down and drill away my natural nails beds. I went the last time and the man drilled and burned my nail bed, instead of apologizing and finishing he pushed me off on another person. When I ask why he did not finish the new person said he didn't know why. The lie is why I won't return.
