Called and made an appointment at 230, that’s when the guy said they had wide open.. 🤔 Got there at 2:25pm about 4 minutes later someone actually acknowledged us for the first time. We waited for about 5 more minutes then got put back in the Pedi chairs. No water just sat there for ANOTHER 30 minutes. As they were continuing to take walk in clients instead of saying no I have appointments here!!! The place was dirty too! 😷We ended up walking out and going to #1 Nails, they got us right in as they stated on the phone and did a great job!!!
Clearly poor customer service skills goes to VIP Nails. Don’t even waste your time with them. 🙄

Waited over an hour. Saw multiple people leave. After an hour and twenty minutes of waiting I left as well.

We called ahead 30 min and got in right away when we arrived. We had a baby with us and they helped with him as well. They had a friendly staff great pedicure.

Rude staff. Refused to do any type of design on my nail. Just said no when I asked for one. Place was filthy and not clean at all.

Worst experience, got my acrylics done and 4 days later they busted off I paid 50 dollars and told them I needed to come and have them redone and I got told I would be charged to get them redone!! Never will I go back to them
