Going to Miami in 2 weeks! Casey did such a wonderful job. She did exactly what I asked for! She is such a talented, bubbly, sweet, & professional nail tech. She took her time doing my nails which I appreciated. I highly recommend her! Staff we're kind & engaged with customers which I enjoyed seeing. I would totally come back :)

I usually love coming here, it’s my favorite nail salon. This time I was extra excited because I’m pregnant and my baby shower is on Saturday and I wanted some cute nails for my event. The shaping went really nice and she took her time but the nail painting was rushed through and not good.. I wanted a cute sparkly pink and she put white on with a clear/pink sparkle polish over it. I can see where the brush was touched to my nails. And there is spots/blotches on every nail where the white underneath polish is very noticeable. It’s very streaky and bumpy now after the paint. And the design, I got half of a butterfly on two nails so when they’re put together it looks like a cute little butterfly (as that’s the theme of my babyshower). I used a very very simple example picture that she got to look at the whole time. The lines on the butterflies aren’t connecting correctly and the two sides of the butterflies on my nails are two completely different shapes/butterflies. I’m honestly super disappointed because these were an important set of nails for me and they’re my least favorite set I’ve ever gotten :( I honestly wish I just got a regular light pink polish or something. This is not what I imagined for my baby shower set of nails. I even called ahead of time- they asked if i wanted any designs, I said yes I’m just thinking about what i want exactly. They told me okay sounds good i can come at 5:45. I wish i was told they don’t know how to do designs before i let her do my nails. I wouldn’t have spent my money there yesterday. I’m very upset with my nails.

Best place to get nails done. Very friendly staff, and they are always willing to make sure to make it right if you're not satisfied. I always book with Casey. She always has the best suggestions and ideas when I'm not sure what to do. Very creative and beautiful nail artwork 😍

If I could give zero stars I would. Mai is so very slow. I made an appointment for a manicure and powder dipped nails. I was there for almost 2 hours and she didn't even do the manicure. When I called to make the appointment I specified "manicure" and "powder dip". When I signed in I marked both manicure and powder dip. I arrived at 2:30 didn't leave until 4:15. She started someone else's nails while "finishing" mine. She said "you're good to go" and I still had previous color all along the edges and all over my fingers. I had her remove that, and then asked why the manicure wasn't done. She said "I didn't know you wanted one, and now I have another client". Umm ok. I can see why she has another client because she took almost 2 hours for 1 powder dip. I had a 60 dollar gift card. There was 10 left after this debacle. I threw the remaining 10 dollars away because I will never come back! Don't waste your money at this place!
