This one was of the weirdest experiences I've had with a business in a customer service industry. I waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time before finally getting worked on. (I was there a few minutes before my scheduled time, so total wait time was 50 minutes.) When I asked why, the response I received can only be described as nasty. The man had a terrible attitude, told me that if someone walked in before an appointment, that's just too bad for the person with the appointment, and said that if I didn't like it, I could leave a comment on Google. On top of that, he did a pretty awful job on my acrylics; they literally looked like toenails, even after I asked him to fix them, an opinion shared by everyone I showed them to before getting them fixed by a competent nail tech at a MUCH more pleasant and professional salon that actually understands the concept of an appointments. (Cachet - they are AWESOME!!)

My girlfriend and I randomly selected Malibu Nail while seeking a place to go last minute. This is a hidden gem!! Best pedicure I've had in this area. Also, had a pink and white fill--- They look better with the fill then they did when I first got them (somewhere else). The staff was very friendly and the services well priced. We found a new salon :).

I came here once about 1 year ago and I didn't come anymore for financial reasons. My financial blessing came this month and my husband reminded me about the great service I received over a year ago. Lauren is a great manager and its a young and happy atmosphere. I was Very comfortable and anything I asked they all were happy and willing. Truly great service when you work hard and deserve something special. Thank you ladies! My husband and I enjoyed our experience. I found MY salon here at Malibu Nails!

Convenient location with nice employees. Make sure to get the prices up front though. I didn't know gel polish would be an extra $20 until after the fact.

Pooh did my gels and my nails have never sustained for so long! Clean pleasant environment and completely convenient. I'm definitely going back!
