3 stars because it seems like they are doing better with the staff seems a lot nicer but still I paid 160 dollars for my nails and feet no way may nails should be lifting 3 days later I went up there to let them know they put super glue but a day later it popped off right along Roth my pinky nail and my middle finger nail is lifting at the bed it’s been a week now since I got them done on the 3rd day I had to go in because one was lifting I should’ve known something when they were putting them on my nails were bending I told them I don’t think this is right they said wait for it to dry I did then it was hard but usually when I get them done they don’t bend literally the whole nail tips you can bend all the way back when they applied the acrylic until it dried and they barely used acrylic it was thin so it kind of feels like I have on press on nails that just keep popping off I don’t think it was worth 160 dollars for 3 nails to come off a week exactly after you got them done and not from breaking them but just by looking through clothes at the store then you feel your nail lifting at the bottom where your nail bed is🧐 they are doing much better with their staff except for the cashier lady other then that idk I probably won’t go back to pay 160 for nails that aren’t lasting 2 weeks

This spa just remodeled and is off the charts beautiful!! The new pedicure massage chairs are AWESOME!! Everything is brand new and clean.. You feel like you're in a true spa in Beverly Hills!! You must come check it out! AMAZING!!!!

Horrible! Would give 0 stars. Ladies always in a rush to get your nails done and they don't do them right. Asked for french tip mani and pedi and they didn't want to do pedí. Did hands french tip and they are not even some are thicker then others. Lady filed my nails too much my nails are super thin now. They just lost about 4 customers, we sure won't be going back. So sad. Thats a picture a day after and already chipped🤦🏽♀️
