I get my nails done here, very often. Long story short, I asked the nail tech to correct an issue with my nail that he filed down. My nail WAS NOT broken b4 he did his own “drilling,” by the way! My nail, I’m sure, will soon have water under it from simply washing my hands. The staff went back & forth with me, telling me that I’ll just have to take both my nails off that the tech messed up and cut both my natural nails & start over. I simply asked that they take off money for my inconvenience. No one apologized or said sorry & treated me like my concern wasn’t valid! I didn't have time to wait another hour for him to fix the nails, so I returned the next day and they demanded I re-pay if the tech needed to fix it. I left without a fix, and absolutely will not return again. I take pride in my real nails, so I was really upset at their level of customer service. It's definitely about the money.

I have been a customer since 2010. I love this place Rose and her family are good people. I am happy I found a place were they no my name and what service I need. #mynailshopfam

Got the dip powder nails are super fat and not smooth. Love the family ran business but the service has definitely gone down over the years. This is probably due to that they allow students to work on you, and most of those students are not that good. I paid $40 this is not the 1st time this has happened to me so I will never ever ever go back to rose nails.

Great pedicures, massage chairs, and nice workers, & a clean store. Not much of a wait time ever, and will stay after closing until you're done. They don't do many urban nail styles though such as chrome nails or cat-eye. Only holographic and raw glitter. Only one tech knows how to do it and she only works certain days. Good prices.

I got gel nails polish on on top of my very short natural nails supposed to last up to two weeks....Gel started peeling 4 days later one came completely off the whole gel of the nail.. they don't believe in making things right with their customers. $25.00 waisted on manicure and gel polish. I will stick to lashes only there!
