I got a simple manicure and pedicure. I enjoyed the services and felt that I got good treatment. Overall no complaints. I will return.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was in town visiting family and we wanted to enjoy a nice pedicure, my daughter and niece. I was the last to sit in the chair and first one finished. My daughter that pretty much has baby soft feet, had a longer pedicure. The man doing my pedicure used a dremol tool briefly on my heels... did nothing with my cuticles. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. My 10 yo daughter could have done a better job. They tried to use a cheese grater on my niece, but she told her guy not to. He used a spoon to put a small amount of scrub directly on my leg and dropped the spoon back in the scrub. Very disappointing and unsanitary...

Worst experience ever with Lynn. I went for a Pedicure & removal of my dip nails. Pedicure was very rushed. Cuticles were still rough, barely paid attention to my heels. My toe nails were uneven and weren’t fully polished, there was more nail polish on my cuticles. Even after pointing it out it wasn’t corrected because she decided to get rude instead. I could have did a better job myself. My nails weren’t filed or polished clear or anything after taking the nails off. If only giving 0 stars was an option. Overpriced for the terrible quality of service .

My experience with them as a regular customer was awful and I give them one star because of poor management and poor customers service. Last week I got my acrylics nails done and after a week it started breaking from the sides so I went in to their shop and asked if they can fix it. After waiting for 30 minutes and having multiple people coming and going and looking at my nails including the owner, I was told by the owner that they will fix it but then when the technician sits down to fix my nails the owner comes over and says that my nails need to be soaked in acetone for another 30 minuets and that the technician can take someone else. I explained that I can’t stay too long but she refused to listen she said if you want your nails done you need to have time. She was extremely rude and on professional and made me feel like she is doing me a favor so I had to say nothing and don’t ask for anything extra. So after 15 minutes I asked to talk to her again, she came by and I said I appreciate the fact that you want to fix my nails with care but I’m on time limit and I need to get them fixed sooner and leave . Then she comes to me and takes my hand out of the soak give me back the half of the money I had paid and says we can’t do your nails, just take your money!!!!! I was so shocked I said take the acrylics nails out , they have been in acetone for 15 minuets and what do you mean your not going to do it, you have made me wait for 45 minuets here ????? So she put the money down and leave. Sooooo rude , I’m still in shock with the low level of their service and lack of professionalism. Not only I will never go to them , I would also recommend others not to waste their money at theirs shop. They do poor job on nails and the owner has no respect for costumers.

5 stars, would recommend, this got acrylics and they were beautiful, this is within walking distance from my house and not too overpriced!
