My experience was terrible. I asked the man doing my nails not to mess with the shape, I like them square. He said he wouldn't mess with the shape, but proceeded to mess with the shape. He tried to convince me that my nails looked good in any shape. I had to go and have them fixed elsewhere. Additionally, there is a 1 dollar up charge when you use debit, not a transaction fee, just extra for using the card instead of cash. I was not informed of this until I went to pay. They insist I was told previously, but I was not and it is not posted in the shop. Again, my experience was terrible. The sign in the window says walk-ins welcome and I felt anything but welcome. Based on other reviews and the fact that they are close and open on Sunday I thought I'd give them a try, my mistake. I will not be returning or recommending them.

The girl who did my pedicure was very nice. The guy at station 5 who did my manicure was very rude. Also he played video games and chatted on Facebook messenger while he was doing my nails. Didn't even really try when it came to my nails. Didn't even shape them or anything. Literally cut them and pained them. Did an awful job and had a bad attitude. Asked to speak to the manager. Waited for quite awhile while she was in the back and no one came out.

If I could give zero stars I would. My goddaughter went this evening (10/12/18) to get her pedicure done before her homecoming dance and right before her pedicure started another patron walked in offering to pay double for the most recent appointment time and my goddaughter was TOLD TO GET UP FROM HER PEDICURE CHAIR. The level of disrespect shown to my goddaughter is sickening. She called ahead to make an appointment, how dare you not honor appointments. I will never ever recommend anyone to go get their nails done at this salon ever. Shame on you.

Expect your hands to walk out looking like a masterpiece. Been going to lee nails ever since i was able to get my nails done. They do an awesome job.
