I went to get a pedicure the other day with a friend. The girl who did my pedicure cut my toes TWICE ! Not ONCE but TWICE. The first thing she proceeded to do was cut the corners of ALL my toes nails. I said “ouch” then I said it again. I said “you aren’t supposed to cut into the corners of my nails. That is how INgrown toe nails happen.” She would have known that if anyone of the staff had actually gone to cosmetology school. Now I have to pay a dr and risk infection. Now my two big toes are HOT to the touch with dried blood in the corners. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience was a complete let down. I am extremely extremely unhappy and fearful of getting an infection.

This place is a nightmare! I went there a few times thinking it would get better, but it only got worse. The receptionist with the blonde hair is so rude, and winy. I witnessed everytime a customer walked in she would huff and puff, not greet them, and complain how many customers were in the salon. She would also eat and cough all over my cash/card everytime I would pay..it's a horrible way to spread germs. The technicians are very rude, and rush their work. When asked if they not cut my nails they would laugh, and then do it their way. They would take cigarette breaks during my time or go and eat. The place is also dirty, and nothing is clean. I will never return here again. The owner needs to hire brand new staff, and fix up the place.
