When my 12 yr old and I arrived, we were the only clients and there was only 1 person in the salon. I asked for 2 manicures with a dip and to have my acrylic tips removed. She did not listen or understand. She did a horrible rush job on my daughters nails. When my nails finished soaking she wanted to charge me $40 cor my daughter which is the cost of a full set with dip. I said I was wanting mine done too and she acted surprised. I told her the two colors I wanted and showed them to her... She started using a color I didn't even pick; it was light pink and I chose a deep purple. She did a quick sloppy job on my nails too and also charged me $40. In the mean time a total of 6 clients came in. She sent 2 away and told them to come back later. 1 was sitting in a pedi chair for about an hour before anyone showed up. The lady working was trying to get ahold of someone to come and help. She couldnt reach anyone so she left the facility! Somone finally came in, but he didn't even work on the first client that came in after us who had had his feet soaking for an hour!!
I've been here a few times and there are only one or two people who do a decent job. Today I was VERY disappointed!

My daughters bought me a gift certificate from there and I will NEVER go back again. They sent me away several times saying they were too busy with 2 workers. Plus they have TERRIBLE customer service skills, rude and unapologetic and the salon is filthy. They didn't do much more than soak my feet and polish my nails. I have never been disrespected so much in one place. I will never, ever go back.

This place is horrible....we had appointments and they still took walkins before us.....my youngest waited 2.5 hours and still no nails and they charged me and my other daughter $50 for a set

My nails was done prefect. But you need to call ahead to make sure they aren't busy because it can be a long wait

Called to set up an appointment early morning and they said I have to book days in advance, sign says walk ins welcome also so I was pretty confused.. it isn't the first time this happens either.
