My daughter wanted something complex done to her hair and they could not accommodate exactly what she wanted or else her hair would be ruined. The owner talked to us and thoroughly explained why, but could tell she was not totally happy with the results as is. They had her come back and they did a bit more coloring to get her hair perfect and she was thrilled with it. Excellent customer service and very caring staff and owner. Thank you so much!

Chrissy Reed has been tremendous when it comes to my nails. I have a challenging job that can be very hard on my nails and quite often we have to start over from the nubs. This last time thanks to her diligence and care my actual nails were as long and as strong as I have ever had them. I had read all the stories about how weak your actual nails can become and it simply isn't the case for me. Chrissy is willing to give her opinion if a style, length or shape may not be the best and is happy to provide recommendations and suggestions on how to keep my nails looking my best.
If you need a top quality nail tech for a manicure or pedicure I would highly recommend her.

Inexperienced associate messed up my skin during hair coloring process. My facial skin got burned on several places. So embarrassing to explain people what happened. Couldn’t use any makeup on face during big wedding waiting for a year. Ashamed to go in front of camera. No follow up call from the salon to inquire about the issue.
