It was ok but the wife dose not do a great job had to get her to fix my toes bc she didnt do the rite and she didnt even do my toes like the picture i showed her she done it the way she wanted to and then she charged me 50.00 so i wont be going back. And when i get home im looking at them she didnt paint my hole toe one 2 of them. Never ever again. Dont waste your time.

I have been here 4 times. 1st time was nice. Left with a very nice french mani. Since then I had different people and each and everyone was sloppy. They won't clean cuticles unless you tell them too ,they also leave nails filed crooked and rough so it snags everything and you have to go home and file smooth yourself. $25.00 and tip is too much for sloppy work. Very unhappy and will not go back.

So my technician (so embarrassed I forgot her name) was very efficient and professional. She gets 5 stars and honestly deserves so much better. HOWEVER we had a JOURNEY together whilst getting my nails done. I sat down in the chair and she began. I had come in for a quick gel color and again, the lady doing my nails was AMAZING. Anyways half way through the gel polish process you have to start using the UV dryer. SO, first hand is polished and ready for dryer, I stick it in and out shoots a COCKROACH. I am freaking. Nail technician does not see but obviously believes me. Nothing is really said because how awkward and freak accidents happen. FIVE COCKROACHES LATER I schedule an appointment with my therapist because I have been pushed to the brink. She notified Kevin (?) and he said (in a voice a little too jolly for my taste) something along the lines of unfortunately the bugs are so small that when they get in the dryer, it is next to impossible to get them out. The nail technician was so embarrassed and again, this is in no way a reflection on her. But I could not believe that management made no effort to diffuse the situation. I hate this happened because this place is a stones throw from my house and so convenient in theory. But I could not stay silent about this.

Customer service is awful. I had the man fix a few nails at the very beginning. The tip wasn't even connected to my own nail leaving a huge gap that could easily collect debris. He fixed like 6 of them and then finished my nails...which ended up looking really nice! When I went to the nail dryer, he decided to tell me that next time I need to go down the street. Like really?? Because I asked you to do your job, you tell me I need to go somewhere else next time? Wow! Customer service at it's finest!
