So I don't really have any complaints about the place itself or the service. The times I have gone there I have had a fine experience. My issue is you can NEVER catch them on the phone. Any time I call to schedule an appointment at the very best it takes them forever to pick up the phone, at the worst, it rings and rings and rings and you can never get through. Not a good business practice, I don't have time to try and call 3 or 4 times when I can just call another salon.

Loved it. Was having mid back tightness. Constantly popping and cracking. Had a half hour deep massage from Branches and they specifically worked on my area. Haven't popped my back since that trip. Felt like 100 bucks.
