Amazing, fun , gently done nails that are extremely gorgous. Love Linda she is a lot of fun with lots of patients, kindness and the love of what she does. She knows how to take care of her clients. And her being fun and upbeat is a bonus. I had a blast with her today. I will be back.

The nail tech I had was smoking when I got there.....didn't wash his hands or do anything.....and then I had to wait an hour even tho I called ahead..... he made like 5 of my fingers bleed because he was super careless.....and usually you lay your hands on a towel while the nail tech does everything but he had this pad of paper that he didn't even clean off and was all dirty and that's what I had to put my hands on....then he pulls out his phone and starts playing on his phone instead of doing my nails.......

Phillip spilled hot parafen wax on my Jean's and new boots and refuses to reimburse me for any of it. Do not go to this place. I am retaining a lawyer and will be filing papers against them very soon.

The only reason I went here was my usual nail place was closer. I definitely won’t be back. Worst manicure I ever had. From the time I walked in the door they kept trying to push shellac on me which I repeatedly told them I didn’t want. Their English was terrible. The nail tech didn’t ask how long I wanted my nails he just hacked them off. He rushed through the whole thing. The whole time I was thinking I can’t believe I’m paying for this. He got polish all over my fingers and didn’t get it off. Was totally awful.

Okay, so before I go into why I have a one star review I want to first say, I do not get my nails done very much and I am from out of town. Upon arrival I was greeted and seated, I had told them I wanted acrylic nails. Then, when the technician started on my nails, I again, requested acrylic nails. I showed him a picture of the color nails I wanted which were burgundy and “ombré” apparently. Without letting me know that this nail look could not be done with acrylic nor that there was an up charge for this style he continued my nails. Like I have said before I do not get my nails done very often and only got them done because it was my birthday (so I had no idea that he was doing anything other than acrylic nails) So, when finished I go to the register to pay thinking okay maybe $40 at the most, NOPE, WRONG!! They hit me with a whopping $75 charge for NAILS?!? Yes, my nails are very nice looking, and the man did take his time, but no one warned me that this was not acrylic and that it would cost more, SOO MUCH MORE. So, over all, bad experience, and I will NOT be going back. These people should be ashamed of themselves for doing something completely different than what was asked of them. Especially with no warning.
