The newly remodeled Spa is even better than before! They have always been sanitized to hospital standards, but the new sleek upscale feel makes the experience that much better! The sparkling white marble, crystal chandeliers, and Tiffany blue accents make you feel like you're in a ritzy Hollywood salon, but their prices are more than reasonable! We have been going here for years and continue to enjoy every visit! We absolutely love the new look, and appreciate that the price and service has not changed!

From the moment I stepped in I was greeted and asked which services I would like. I was in a group of four and we were all treated well and taken care of! I am beyond happy with how my manicure and pedicure turned out! I asked for a full set with gel color and design! The price was in fair range and I loved the atmosphere of this nail salon! I highly recommend!

This is the best place to get your nails done in Wilmington! Everyone is very friendly, and they always make sure they do an amazing job on your nails! They are sanitize to hospital standards which is a huge deal in my book. You should definitely check them out! You won't be disappointed!! They just remodeled the salon and it looks amazing!! Tiffany blue with bright white and sparkling crystals everywhere! It makes you feel like a fancy celebrity!!

I received a Mani and pedicure..terrible..especially my feet...really didn't trim them etc! .the polish started chipping off the next day! I can say a lot more but I have given them chances..they were more worried about how the shop looked..renovating it.. then helping the customer.....poor

Ive been there a few times . They recently expanded and renovated and the place looks great. I heard they offer drinks and wine too now, but I didn't get the experience because the nail tech didn't ask, although I overheard other ladies across the room being asked by a different person. The young girl at the desk told me to sit in a pedicure chair and I sat there a full hour before my nail tech came over. While I was waiting, no one said a word to me, no one told me start soaking my feet or anything. I had a pedicure today and it was awful. Ann worked on me. There was a service and price list on the bottom rack of her cart but never bothered to ask what I wanted so I ended up with the basic, which was $28. The price was fair for services offered. It would have been nice to know what my options were though. She did a horrible job trimming and shaping my toe nails. A massage is a part of the basic and she was so light handed it felt like she was just rubbing lotion in. My feet don't feel as good as they normally do after a pedicure either, they are still a little rough, and they have never been like this after any other pedicure. (I take care of my feet, they aren't like Fred Flinstones) She put hot towels on my legs and burned me. She didn't bother shaking the towel out at first so it wasn't painful. I know there are other techs there who do so much better. I will be back, but I will not sit in Ann's chair ever again. I'm extremely dissatisfied. I said something to her about fixing my nails and she attempted, but made them worse, so I just let it go. I still have to fix my nails after my polish dries. I would have asked someone else to fix what she did, but after waiting so long, I had to get back to my kids. I'm a busy mom and cherish my time to get pampered and relax. It's few and far between. I'm bummed out it turned out this way. I hear Ryan is great. I'll ask for him next time.
