Had a manicure today. It was a terrible experience. The man who did it seemed like he had never done a manicure before. There were 3 ladies there lounging around and I kept wondering why this man was doing it when he wasn’t proficient. He filed and filed and painted and repainted and then used a grinder to take off all of the paint on the pinkie and do it 3 more times. I was there an hour and five minutes and my nails look worse than if I had done them myself. He also didn’t go anywhere near the cuticle so they look like I had them done 3 weeks ago and they are growing out. $30. So mad at myself for not bailing when I noticed it wasn’t he cleanest place. Wish I could get a refund. Also made one of my fingers bleed and then sprayed acetone on it for an unbearable burn.

They over charge and service was poor. They rushed me in and out and it shows in the qualities of my nails

I paid $45 for a gel polish full set. My nails look so disgusting, like a 1 year old did them. I will never ever in my life go to this nail shop again. I could of caught a charge the way I was feeling looking at these ugly ass nails

I have been coming to Hollywood Nails for more than three (3) years. I have experienced the utmost professionalism from the entire staff. My nail Tech is Tim and I WON'T allow anyone else touch my nails! When you find the best, there's no need to look for anyone else! Thanks so much Tim, for not only being an awesome nail Tech but also a friend!!!!
