I went there today and they had the most non-chalant customer service I've ever experienced. Anything less than 1 star would be befitting. I wanted something very simple and the guy plainly told me he wouldn't do it, I guess cos it was too simple so I had to choose another color hurriedly and then he told Karen to do it who gave me attitude d entire time and wouldn't offer d nail pad/flip flops until I asked for it and then when I walked out, nobody said a word. They are obviously used to people who do over-the-top nails and has failed to understand that sometimes less is more. Horrible customer service! Would never recommend.

This is one of the best nail salons in Buffalo!!! Kim and her husband do very good work !!! I highly recommend them and they’re open every day of the week, even Sunday’s !!!
