They were ok....not good....not bad...just OKAY, nothing that made me want to go more than 2 times....one benefit they are right next to the daiquiri spot!!! Now they definitely get 5 stars over there !!!!

I will NEVER go back to this nail salon! The tech's were very sweet but they are terrible at doing nails. I am embarrassed to even show anyone my nails or even make them visible. they are HORRIBLE and i will NEVER go back again. To be honest I do not even want to rate them 1 star.

Stopped here to get nails done because I happened to be in Alexandria. VERY BIG MISTAKE. Nail tech "JOHN" .nice at first until I voiced that I did not care for the color, he was attempting to do 2 colors with acrylic, the 2 colors.looked bad so all I asked him to do was to color it with one color. HE WAS VERY UGLY AND OFFENDED that I asked this, didn't even finish filling my nails smooth, I still have ridges, and he pushed my hands back at me and said "go wash your hands"!
I was MORTIFIED that anyone that works with the public could treat a customer this way because I didn't care for the color!!
I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN! HE WAS SO MEAN AND UGLY TO ME I JUST COULD NOT BELIEVE HE COULD TREAT A CUSTOMER THIS WAY! With all that, he ended up charging me 60.00 and.didnt even finish my nails. They LOOK HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN, AND MY ADVICE IS FOR NO ONE ELSE TO GO THERE EITHER!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EX

I will never be back to this place. I brought me and my daughter and they are not nice at all. The man that did mine acted mad the whole entire time. Didn't feel comfortable and was ready to go. Good luck if you chose this place. Disappointed.

I've been going to this shop since they've open. I absolutely love this place I've been to other shops none can compare.
