Horrible! ! Twice we made appointments and both times it didn't matter...we waited so long we left. If I have a 1pm appointment I expect to be taken close to given time. Both times we waited for an hour before walking out. No one acknowledged our existence until I told them we had an appointment and then come to find out...so did everyone sitting there. They just don't care! Customer service sucks!! There are so many better nail salons in moore county.

I walk in without an appointment and always have a good experience here and feel the polish from the pedicure lasts longer than other nail salons in the area.

I did a call and walk in and the entire experience was really amazing.
Through the phone the manager was super helpful.
I went in and was helped immediately. Everyone was nice, friendly, thorough.
Bebe did my nails and I could see she was being careful. I had a hard time deciding what color and she gave her opinion and also helped me with a design because they didn't have the studs I wanted. The manager checked up from time to time and all the customers in there looked really happy. Highly recommend!

My nail tech was really nice, asked me if I wanted water, got my ingrown nails out without pain and made sure I was happy with her service. The customer service is really good and the business is very professional. I know I will be coming back here when I visit family in this area. Highly recommend!

This place is great! I come here regularly for pedicures and gel manicures. Service is consistently high quality, no matter who helps me. I highly recommend Fantasy Nails.
