I've been in a couple of times, but don't think I can go back. Unless they can prop the door open, in nice weather, the place is so full of fumes that it's like being in a gas chamber. My mother and I actually had to leave last time because we felt like we were going to pass out. The heat was BLASTING as well, so prepare yourself to undress to your skivvies or sit in a sauna. They did not greet us when we entered, nor did they ask us why we were leaving. The waiting area is abysmal... There is very little seating to begin with, and it's old and tattered. I'd give this place one star, but the owner brings her cute little dog in and lets you hold and pet it. That's a plus for me, because I'm an animal person, but I can see it being a turn off for some.

Always get compliments when my nails are done at this shop. Best Nail Shop in Louisville.

I had an appointment for 6 pm and was the only person in the shop. When I arrived the lady woke up the nail technician who was sleeping on the couch and indicated he needed to do my gel nails while she cleaned up. Within one week after my nails were cracked and pealing. Worst manicure I've ever had.
