I’ve been here four times. The first few times the owner or his wife had done my nails and did a fantastic job. The last time there was a man with a shaved head and my fill was hands down the most painful I have ever had. He got the prep chemicals all over my fingers and my hands were ON FIRE the entire time. He was also very rough with the drill to the point the skin around my nails was torn up. The polish was very poorly done and streaky. He blamed it on the matte topcoat- but I have always gotten matte and they have never looked so bad.

Just walked in at 5pm to get my nails dipped. The little girl that worked in the front told me they wouldn’t have time to do my nails. It was only two other people in this place that were already finishing there services. They closed at seven. When did dipping take two hours?? I was livid. Please please please don’t spend your money here. They are lazy as hell.

Worst experience I Have ever had going to a nail salon!!! Do not go here!!! They were completely unprofessional argue about what is best for you( to get you to spend the most money) I sat down with the first person who started filling my nails until another person came in asked for a more expensive design, then told me to wait. I waited until another nail technician was available who then finished filling my nails and said “ you pay before I paint” I was taken aback because I’ve never had to prepay before, but I ablidged. She rushed to paint my nails then as soon as another customer entered push me to the drying lamp scuffing my nail. And threw my purse on top. When I asked to have my nail fixed they said they didn’t have time. I did not leave a tip and I will never go back! I recommend if you put any value in costumer service do not go here.
