I just came from a mom and daughter pedicure, my daughter's birthday gift. We came last year for Mother's Day and were both pleased with the service and staff. Today I'm only giving a 2 because my daughter's nail tech did a great job. Mine kept trying to get us to upgrade and then started talking their language, you know they're talking about you and I find it extremely rude! When she was filing my feet she barely applied any pressure, a lot of good that's going to do to get rid of dead skin. When she trimmed my nails there was a definite sharp pointy edge on my big toe which I asked her to trim. She cut the entire nail again and it was noticeably shorter than my other toe, looks ridiculous. I'm always a bit hesitant to criticize someone who's working on any part of my body, but really? It's not only crooked, but you can tell how much shorter it is than the right toe.

The staff is nice but I paid extra for a special pedi and didn't feel like I got anything but the average pedicure

Went with my daughter Friday to get full sets. Mine turned out so horrable that my nails look deformed. And she didn't go sall the way to my finger on some of them, so I have to get a fill or get them totally redone! My daughter's were not impressive either. Very disappointed. The pictures don't do it justice.

Staff was incredibly friendly! I’ve been to a ton of nail salons but this one was by far my favorite. My acrylic nails were even & turned out better than I imagined!

Rude and will never return !! I called first to ask politely what time they opened and if they had an appointment for a manicure. I was told come in as they take walk ins . I was the first and ONLY customer at 10 a Wed Jan 3rd. I ended up leaving within 5 minutes after being scolded by the manicurist filing HER nails who barked orders at me of what to do upon entering !!!
I’ve had pleasant experiences in the past , not today. Henri you need to get rid of this one, she was nasty
