Brought my son here twice. Called ahead no issues. Call to bring my daughter in, ask if there are open chairs. I was told "yeah no problem, come in now." Get there 10 mins later, all chairs are taken, one appointment waiting, and three other customers waiting for cuts. I understand the desire for more business, but I had things to do and would have gone somewhere else. Not a fan of being lied to. Not sure I'll be back.

Absolutely love my cut, and my daughters have both gotten colors and cuts by different stylists. All the stylists there are amazing!!!

I have personally never had my hair cut here, but my kids and wife have all had their hair cut. I was so shocked to see how well the lady cut my sons hair considering he never sits still. I am making it my go to place now for my hair cuts as well!

Joseph, is an amazing barber! If you have a beard and need to look presentable All around Joe can definitely help you out! Only downfall is he's so good he's hard to get in to see sometimes, but he's totally worth the wait! So in closing.....

Good service, friendly atmosphere, and very happy with my color and cut done by Tiffany! My teenage son loves getting his hair done at Berkleys, too.
