I had my gel nails removed a few weeks ago to allow my own nails some time to heal. The nail "expert" didn't bother to soak my nails to soften the bonding agent. She just started ripping away and almost tore my real nails from the nail bed. My fingers were very sore. I'm still having trouble with my left thumb nail growing as it was ripped pretty far back on one side.

Excellent...Brian is the man....very very good..been to alot of cities in my life to get nails done..he does mine n my moms..all the time..again excellent....

The staff really knows their craft, I'm always thrilled with my full sets, fills, and pedicures. I always have a wonderful relaxing experience here, and have been coming for years. The salon really got a wonderful makeover recently, and is always clean, something I am very particular about.

Love regal nails- they do a really nice job making your experience as personal as possible. They do more during a pedicure than most salons (e.g. hot towels, exfoliating scrub, lotion, callus removal, etc.) and are always willing to go above and beyond. They recently updated their salon with new amenities which will definitely keep me coming back for more. Personally, the best nail place in Neenah!
And they are Vietnamese-- take the time to get to know them, they would never purposefully be rude or speak negatively about their clients!

When you make an appointment, they never stick to it. I made 2 appointments and they started on my friend and I waited an hour before being serviced. The guy with the glasses who is older was so rude and kept commenting that my face looked rough and what had I been doing the night before. Rude sense of humor. I was not impressed.
