Customer service is bad. I called and said i wanted a pedi with gel,signed in for a pedi with gel/ wax until i found out they dont do wax so i told them i want the 40 dollar pedi with gel and they took it into there own hands to charge me for the delux which i never asked for and then said if i want gel i have to pay 10 more dollars. Then they wanted to give me attuide when i told them that i never wanted the delux i just wanted a pedi with gel. They misunderstood me and then want me to pay for there mess up. I have never been treated the way they treated me today if they would pay attention to what there customers want and pay attention while they are doing your nails intead of talking back and fourth to eachother they would of heard me say gel multiple times,they wouldnt of cut two of my toes and file like as if i was getting arclics and they wouldnt of did such a bad job with my polish. WORST NAIL PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

Meh. I've had better manicures, and I've had worse. There are other places nearby that are more worth the money. I'm not saying don't go. Just saying to weigh your options.

Tina did my pedicure with no care,I had an in growing nail and pulled it with my skin to the point that made my toe bleed so much,she needs to be careful with people and I saw that pedicure utensils are no sterilize.it is very dangerous and easy to get infection,she was working with me and other people at the same time back and ford and using same stuff..no.no.no

Worst nails ever, there was acrylic all over my finger and the shape of my nail was completely gone! I asked him to fix it and he said that he doesn't see anything and different people had to do my nails, first guy messed them up and then the second gad to "fix" the third did the gel. The gel got air bubbles and smudged off a day later. I called to get my money back and he was even more rude and said i wasnt getting my money back. Worst nails if ever gotten!
