I normally don’t write reviews for businesses, but I felt the need to share my experience to help save others time and money in the future. My friends and I decided to enjoy our off day from work by getting our nails done. We were all excited, but that changed very quickly. My pedicure was mediocre and my toe nails were cut and shaped poorly. From a distance they looked fine, but up close, you could see the poor work. I walked over to have my nails done and thought that would be better. The lady was nice but she rushed. My fingers soaked for maybe 30 seconds at a time. She did not shape my nails at all. Some were rounder than others and some still had a pointed edge from the nail clippers. She painted my nails in a rush and some nails weren’t even coated entirely with the polish. The top coat on both my toes and fingers were very sloppy. Once the polish dried you could see it on my skin. My friends opted out of getting polish. They had two other nail techs and both of them didn’t have their nails shaped, cut properly, or cuticles fully pushed and removed like me. We were all extremely disappointed. Sadly, we wasted our time and money. I feel terrible for saying that but the service did not match with price. I actually went home that afternoon, removed the polish, shaped my own nails, and painted them myself. I’ve attached pictures of the dried up top coat, poorly cut and shaped nails, and the poor paint job, minus the spot on my pointer finger, that was my mistake 20+ minutes after leaving the shop. Regardless, I wasn’t a happy customer and neither were my friends.

Staff was delightful, plus stayed late. Country music and Fox news... I'll be back.

I have been there three times. The first was pleasant pedicure nice lady. 5 stars. Two latest trips had nails and pedicure. The 2nd trip I had acrylics attached nails broke off my index finger and cracked my nail in half. Not only did it hurt and bleed I had no nail left . I went back with my daughter right b4 Thanksgiving this time showed the person that put on the acrylic my finger. This time French nails and he said come back in two weeks. I will never go back there. I was overcharged and my daughter was treated poorly. And of course they are falling off. Pedicure is the only thing I would recommend and no man will touch me there again. The girls work hard and r kind both men sullen and curt. Laura December 16,2017

My sister's and I went to Pro Nails yesterday for manicures and pedicures. We were thrilled with the service and and quality job that they did. Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend it
