Salon was clean and beautiful. But as far as actual service I was not impressed. My nails were cut and shaped horribly. Not to mention it's the worse paint job I've ever had done. I would definitely recommend you spending your money elsewhere.

Receptionist was VERY rude.(she had purple streaks in her hair) She did not say thank you, you're welcome or anything except "it'll be 5 minutes." It took all I had not to curse her out when she put my card down on the counter instead of back in my hand. I came from out of town and read the reviews before going and it seems like im not the only one who had a problem with her. When they get rid of her the nail salon will be a better place. Everyone else was fine. My nail tech was nice.

Reservations mean nothing. They do not honor your reservation. You wait your turn. I waited and then got the worse manicure i've had

Went with my 4 daughters. From the moment I walked in the door, the lady in charge of the sign in was rude. She told me I had one group of reservations ahead of me. I completely understand and was ok with it. Girls went to pick out polish and she ran them off telling them they needed to wait. Then after waiting 20 minutes another person comes up and says I really don't think you want to stay, we have lots of reservations coming in. It was very evident that they did not want our business, which is a shame because I live on the resort and would have come in monthly.
