OP Nails gave me the best service ever. All the techs were extremely nice and friendly, especially the new owner/ manager, even though her English was limited but she tried her best to communicate with the customers. I loved that kind of attitude. Unlike other nail salons who would do a rush serive, OP nails techs really take their time, and gave me such an enjoyable and relaxing one. The salon seemed like having a new setup, and I loved it. Thank you, OP Nails.

I've been getting my nails done here for a little over a year. I love the service and the price. Everyone's so friendly and my nails always get so many compliments on them. Ask for Nam! He always does a fantastic job and he is great at custom requests!

My 3rd time visiting and I always have a blast. The staff is friendly and enjoy conversing with you and making jokes. The owner helped me pick a theme and I rolled with it and even went with gel this time. I'm never ever disappointed.
Updated review: I changed my review to three stars because the last time I visited back in November around my wedding I had made an appointment with my regular person. When i showed up for my appointment I was told she didn’t work that day, and no slots were available. No accommodations were made and it was for my bridal shower which was necessary and I was to fly out the next day for. I had to on the run find a new shop which is what I did. It was unprofessional and rude and changed my mind about this shop.

Ugh. New owners. Used to go to this place for 3 years straight. My tech moved out of state and I haven’t been back until now. Save your self a 90-120 minute FILL IN... definitely not same quality as when old owners were here. Literally walked in... lights dim, no music, no TV on, just looked like a ghost town. Was literally here for over an hour and a half with ZERO other customers. That’s the best indication of quality and service. Should’ve listened to my gut. Too bad.
