They were good in the beginning but are more interested in making money than their customer service and you have to keep going back to get your nails fixed and then they get upset about it. If they did the job right the first time they could avoid that. When you’re spending at times close to $75+ I expect quality work. Won’t be back.

I have been going here for years but have noticed within the past year that they have seemingly let customer service go to the wayside, & are only concerned with how much money they can make quickly. I have gone during a weekday morning & received a basic manicure in which I had to repeatedly ask the the nail tech to trim my cuticles, as they were very overgrown. I have gone before only wanting a basic manicure & been skipped over multiple times (by people without appointments) due to the fact that my manicure isn’t an expensive service, & they wouldn’t be making a large tip off of it. I had an appointment for 12 pm today & still had to wait 20 minutes to get in the pedicure chair, & by the time the nail tech got to me, my feel were pruny from the water, which was cold. The owner only sent a tech over to do my pedicure today because it was obvious that I was unhappy due to the expression on my face, otherwise, he was going to send her to another person.They did a good job today, but I have had previous experiences in which they did not, or even cut my cuticles. The owner needs to realize that there is more than one nail salon in Concord, & he needs to provide a better service, & with a better attitude.

This place is awesome. Was in town for a funeral did not have much time and they got me right in and out with just what I wanted. I will be back. Thank you Tony

Went on New Year's Eve day expecting them to be super busy but they sat me in a chair immediately. Super friendly staff and when they were out of the gel polish I picked, the woman chose an even better replacement color! Love the way my nails came out and will definitely be going again
