Today I remembered why I do not come here. I was in the final stages on my pedi (the paraffin foot dip). He went to start on someone else who a walk in, who came in AFTER I was there. I was left for 15+ min w/cold towels on my legs and wax on my feet w/o any acknowledgement. I removed them both myself, and suddenly he had time to service me. I will not go back here. I have had repeated issues w/service and would not recommend them.

Don and the crew are the best! I've been coming gere for over 4yrs now and love eveyone!!! Highly recommend you get your Spa day here!!!

The customer service was horrible. The older gentleman was very rude. He did not accurately place my nails. He rushed me to pick a polish color. He also got into an argument with another paying customer because he was rude to her as well. I will never return to this nail shop.
