I enjoy Hong! Does a good job, pays attention to detail, and gets me in and out in a reasonable amount of time!

All the nail techs are decent EXCEPT for the older lady and I hate to say that. Please avoid her at all cost. She will hit your cuticle with the file, she dropped the file before, she will leave your nails bulky and uneven. Also she never paints the nail all the way. I had a GAp of blank nail on all of my nails near the cuticle. I have given her multiple chances, assuming she was tired or had a bad day but every time it was the same poor performance from only her. Like I said The other techs are really good but I honestly will not ever go back until that olderlady leaves. Sorry

DON’T GO HERE! Employees were rude and place is SO DIRTY. They don’t even have good nail polish brands. Showed them a picture of what I wanted (sqoval) and they made my nails completely squared. The older man was SMOKING INSIDE. He went into the back room and smoked. Disgusting. My friends nail broke off 2 days after going here. Not to mention the prices are just as much at an actual nail salon like anthony vince or zen.
