I love this shop! Everyone is professional & friendly. I've been 3 times and have left with excitement knowing I'm going back.
I was out of town & treated my niece to a mani. The difference between the two salons is unmistakable! Polished gets 5 Star hands down!

I have never been to a nail salon that’s keeps it clean , fun and also professional. Everyone that worked there deserves more than 5 stars. I definitely recommend! Mr.Johnny did my nails so perfect I will be coming to this particular one every time.

I have gone to several nail salons in Jackson, Tn, and I have never been satisfied with the service. Everyone at Polished Five Star is so friendly! Teresa is the best!!

Lynn, was amazing. She always does a wonderful job. My nail are done for the 4th of July and red toes.

I went to polished five stars about a week and a half ago and I unfortunately didn't get the names of the 2 people that took care of me and my sister but we had a horrible experiences from my sister getting her toe cut to then being told she couldn't have her nails done the way she wanted then she picked another style which was the ninja turtles belts and instead of being belts the looked more like bows. then my fella couldn't understand English well and end up taking off my acrylics and burning my hands. so I didn't even get my nails finished. if it wasn't for Maria we would have been completely over the place. thank you Maria we appreciate your customer service.
