Scam alert. Went in for the first time for the first time for a gel manicure. After exactly 3 days mybgel polish started peeling off. I called the owner and she was rude on the phone blaming my Nails for not lasting after 3 days. I offered to come in with my receipt and show her the date when I had my nails done but she refused. Her one liner “I never have gotten a complain in my business”. Terrible work and terrible customer service

I just walked in and requested 3 pedicures which they could not accomodate-1 adult 2 children. Instead of offering an appointment and politely explaining that they could not accomodate us at that time, the man at the counter says "Oh no...we cannot do that. We are very busy." And one of the nail techs working with another customer yells over "You need to make an appointment."
What a horrible way to address customers. Why not ask if we were willing to wait? We were willing to wait. Why not look at the appointment book and say " Unfortunatley we cannot acoomodate you right now. Would you like to come back at _____? We would love to take care of you then."

I LOVE Nail House! My sister and I went yesterday after work and had WONDERFUL pedicures by Monica and Jhessy! My feet look and feel amazing, thank you!!

Manicures here are terrible. Pedicures vary from excellent to mediocre depending on who does it. Last one the lady did one coat of polish, didn't fully cover the nail, and no top coat or second coat. There are much better places in the area. Try Noella. Worth the few extra dollars for a much better manicure and a longer lasting pedicure. I won't be going back to this place.
The last visit was my third or fourth and the first time this creepy man that I assume is an owner was hovering and staring at people. It was just very awkward and another reason I won't be going back.

Relaxing affordable and clean! I love the owner and staff, Sue and all the ladies are very friendly and professional! My gel manicure is always beautiful and the pedicures are thorough and relaxing!
