My daughter was seen on November 27th. It is now January 8th. Between my husband I, we have left several messages to the nurse. Her prescription did not arrive at pharmacy and no one has returned our calls from the doctor's office. I am transferring all of us to a different doctor.

I went here to get a tattoo removed, after three sessions I saw no results. I ended up going to a tattoo shop and they removed it in two sessions without any scarring and only a tenth of the price! This place was a rip off.

I had my second appointment, today. The first was a free consultation (thank you, specials!) for tattoo removal (three small ones on my left hand) and ear lobe repair (I had my lobes stretched as a teenager).
Everyone in that place is incredibly polite and likes to chit chat, which makes it comfortable. I am so bad at remembering names, but at my tattoo removal consultation, the lovely lady who does the removal is so down to Earth and explained everything to a T. I also met with Dr. Jennings to look at my lobes for my repair on the 9th of November; he was friendly, explained the quick procedure and I was astonished at the affordability of the lobe repair and tattoo removal (you pay per session).
Today, for my first removal session, I waited in the waiting room maybe five minutes. When I was called to the back, she set everything up quickly, got another sweet woman to come in and hold the cold air on my hand while she zaps, and we got right to it. The removal took maybe three minutes, total, once it started. The awesome thing about it is I watched so many videos online to see what I was going to be doing, but this place has a more advanced machine than one I saw in videos. Instead of a tiny dot zapzapzapzapping each individual line and spot, the laser covered about a quarter-size area at a time. Each tattoo (I have one on my index, ring finger and thumb) only had to be zapped two to three times and it was over. The inked spots were the only thing the laser did anything to - my skin around it wasn't touched. Awesome!
I won't lie - it hurt FAR worse than getting the tattoos in the first place, but it was a far faster ordeal than I expected. My next appointment is in 4 weeks and I am not nervous, anymore. It hurts really bad, but it is nothing like what I saw on YouTube. I will say, though, high five to folks who get large tattoos removed - HOOO! Even with a bigger area the laser covers, it does not feel good. Like a rubber band popping you horribly while on fire. hahaha

Had an appointment for Brooke today at 10:25. Came in at 10:20 and a very nice receptionist told me to have a seat and wait. At 11:00 she called me back up to the window and said that my appointment had never got "keyed" in and that I could either wait a great long while or come back at 3PM. I told her that I'd just had abdominal surgery and that today for this appointment was the first time I'd gotten out of bed all week. This is sad but it wasn't the first time somebody neglected to key in my regular blood work appointment, but to leave me hanging for that long while they knew they couldn't fit me in? While I had to skip my pain medication so I could drive myself to the scheduled appointment? Don't waste your time, because they're not afraid to. To me it doesn't matter how nice and friendly everybody is...if you're failing to run your business properly.

Went through 6 months of cancelled appointments. Do not waste your time trying to be seen here. If your primary doctor refers you to this clinic, politely request a different center.
