Three times this has happened. Made an appointment and had to wait 30 then had me soak in cold water while she took another customer. This happened the last time I came too. I make appointments because my time is valuable then she was behind so she rushed me. My first pedicure for the summer and I feel like I could have done better at home

Needed an appointment for a trip and it was last minute but they are able to get me in. Very nice people and look at my real nails. Love the color. Thanks

I give all stars i went in today for my appointment for French tip acrylics the nails turned out wonderful but the lady who did my nails cut me a couple times one that feels like a paper cut and burns everytime I wash my hands :'( other than that everything was great felt comfortable the cut that feels like a paper cut the person who did them apologize to me immediately I don't think they realized they cut anywhere else but they were super gently when finishing my nail where the cut that feels like a paper cut was

I’m passing through town and I needed a fill and polish change. Miss Jenny was absolutely delightful. Kind, empathetic, and gifted with an uncommonly good memory. The customer service here makes this Texan want to take notes on how hospitality is done. Also, my nails look fly as hell! If I’m ever here again, I’m definitely setting an appointment!

Very horrible, had a pedicure. Purple scrub scratched off skin on ankles and top of foot...Very painful... Worst pedicure in my life...
