I went in over the weekend for a full set. 2 men working. No other customers… the one technician immediately started yelling at me to pick my colors. I had a photo of what I wanted and tried to show him and he wouldn’t look at it. Just started shoving different colors at me and yelling I can’t expect it to be an exact match…. Ok… I get that but no reason to be rude and pushy. .. then upon doing the acrylic he cut me like 3 times and blames me! The paint job he gave me looked like my 3 year old niece did it…. Actually she probably would have done better. Nails were filed uneven and different lengths. Didn’t smooth them out at all. Look very lumpy. Horrible experience. Will never ever go here again

NEVER WILL COME HERE AGAIN! THE MAN THAT WAS SWEEPING SHOULD NOT WORK IN FRONT OF THE PUBLIC. ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF KIDS! HE WAS VERY RUDE AND MADE MY KIDS AND I FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ! MY STEP DAUGHTER WAS GETTING HER NAILS DONE. NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT HER NAILS SHE LOVED THEM! SO WHOEVER DID HER NAILS I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.
SO MY TWO SONS ARE SITTING THERE TALKING. AS KIDS DO. WE JUST WALKED OVER FROM THE DOLLAR TREE. MY SON HAD SMALL PLASTIC WRAPPER IN HIS HAND FROM A SMALL TOY. THIS MAN THAT WORKS THERE SCREAMS AT MY SON AND SAYS "PICK THAT UP." WE'RE ALL CONFUSED LOOKING AT HIM . THEN HE SAYS IT AGAIN EVEN LOUDER! THEN I LOOK UNDER MY SON CHAIR. MIND U HE'S 8 . IM LIKE U CANT BE SERIOUS! IF U WOULD OF SEEN HOW SMALL IT WAS AND CLEAR I COULD BARELY SEE IT.
I HAD SOME WORDS WITH HIM ! I TOLD HIM THIS IS A BUSINESS YOU DONT SCREAM AT A CHILD LIKE THAT PERIOD! WHAT'S WRONG WITH U! THEN HE TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME. I TOOK THE BOYS TO OUR TRUCK AND WAITED FOR MY STEP DAUGHTER TO FINISH. NEVER AGAIN! WHOEVER THIS MAN NEEDS A REALITY CHECK!

My Fave place to go and I'm picky has to be a certain way they always come out great Kevin does a great job! There prices are great as well.
