I love getting my nails with tien ( not sure how to spell his name out) he always does an amazing job. I take reference pictures of what I would like and he always does his best at trying to match what I’m going for. He takes his time and leaves them super clean. I honestly only trust him and one other guy there. I’ve had the girls do my nails and have been disappointed but maybe others have had luck.

Wonderful place to get a pedicure. If you can get the deluxe pedicure, do it. My feet are baby soft now! Thank you so much for your fast and friendly service. I'll definitely be back soon!

This place has really gone under. They don’t seem to care about their customers anymore. Went in with my husband to get us manicures. The owner did my husband’s mani in 10 minutes. Left dirt and half cut cuticles on his nails. The lady who did my manicure was very rude. She barley rubbed lotion on my hands calling it a massage. She was going so fast she got gel polish cured all over my skin and couldn’t get it all off when I asked her to clean it off my skin. Sad. We won’t be back.

Been getting pedis & sometimes nails for years. It has gotten worse & worse & I am never going back. I usually get deluxe. Last time maybe 40 seconds with hot rocks that never touched feet, lotion wasn't even rubbed in and not on feet at all before wiping off with towel. It was awful last 5 times I've been there no matter who does it. Waste of money. They don't even let the polish dry before they move you on & I get home & polish is messed up. Male employees doing nails are rude & snotty & want to paint nails instead of proper acrylic. Done with these people! I go to WA several times a year and get twice the service for half the cost and 10x nicer & friendlier.shame on you Rose nails!
