They are under new management! It is great now! The new manager is a lovely woman! She's super sweet and very particular about sanitation and getting nails done properly. Jessie, one of the artists, did my nails today. I've never been to a place where they open a pack of new utensils for every costumer. On your first visit they explain what utensils will be discarded after use and explain that it is for sanitation purposes. Literally, every customer gets that kind of great service! Jessie did really good! They also have refreshments available and each costumer gets a really cute wooden bowl to soak their hands in. It took me a while to decide on my color but Jessie was super patient and even gave me suggestions on which colors would go well together. I've been to other places that (even with no waiting list) get annoyed with waiting. Everytime I apologized to Jessie for taking so long she'd smile and say it was okay and to take my time. They have a loyalty card too. $5 off on the fifth visit and $10 on the tenth! I'll be going back!
