Would give 0 stars if I could! There’s no such thing as customer satisfaction here. If they think it looks good then that’s all that matters. They don’t care what you think even though you are the one that has to wear them. Will never go here again!!!!!! Will never refer or suggest for anyone to go here again!

Love Thia's nails. Excellent customer service. Friendly and devoted staff. Always love my nails, every time! I enjoy getting my nails done, the perfect place for me!

I managed to get a walk-in appointment tonight (this place is popular for good reason) and my nails look great! Thia even started working on my nails before the other woman was able to paint them so I was in and out quick, too! Everyone who has done my nails here (repeat customer) has been kind and very detail oriented. Love this place.

Accommodating, clean, and very professional. The uniforms, name tags and wonderful staff make this salon top notch. Highly recommend!!!

This is by far my favorite nail salon in Des Moines. The ladies are amazing! Anna and Vicky are great. Super friendly and also helpful. When I came in to get my nails done I had my five month old son was very fussy and they still gave me the best of service. Helping with soothing him so I could enjoy myself and get my nails done. Anna who did my pedicure recommended the new dipping method for your nails and I am in love still. They feel so much lighter and the process overall was amazing. I will continue to have my nails done this way. I will not be going anywhere else to get my nails done besides here! I do recommend calling to schedule an appointment since they are very busy. I have zero complaints and have enjoyed my service here.
