The person girl that did my SNS dip nails did a terrible job. I wanted them shaped square and told her but she left them pointed, uneven and lumpy. Being unsatisfied, I went back the next day and asked the lady in front to have the points filed and to smooth them out. They were a little better but still looked like a very bad DIY job.
Within 10 days more than half of my nails were chipped or/and lifting off my nail. I returned, explained the situation to the owner, she had another lady remove the nails. Lady was appeared, rushed and filed them too far down into my natural nail, which and hurt injured. My cuticle cut my cuticle in several places.
Today it’s been 3 months and my nails are still breaking and recovering from the damage done by this place. It cost $85, 5 hours and about 6 months of recovery from one visit here, beware.

- No AC, was about to leave and they told us to come back and they would turn the AC on, so we sat back down. Instead they brought out a standing fan. A Luxury pedicure was purchased and as you can see it is sloppy and not fully painted in when got it. I had to tell them that it was not fully painted in and then they corrected it. Another person came with me and had gel nails on, they tried to remove the nails with a buffer and ended up hurting my friend. While removing the nails my friend had to pull her foot away because it hurt so bad and the nail tech was being argumentative. Water used was also not disinfected before use and we had to point it out to them. Also at the end the nail tech justifies the paint job as the color being hard to paint which makes no sense to me.

honestly I loved how they did my nails. She made sure I liked them and also made sure if I wanted that size etc. she was so nice too!!

actually love them Kim and Phonxi are so great i usually get french for dance competitions and i love them so much they are so kind 💕💕💕

Today was my first time visiting this location with my mother and sister. They did an excellent job. They were also very kind and professional. Probably what I appreciated the most was during the pedicure, they didn’t pull out one of those cheese graters to try to get rid of my calluses. I always get worried going to nail salons that use those because they can cut you.
Will definitely return!
