I just went into this place to get a gel manicure. I walk in and basically was yelled at when asked what I wanted to get done, yet they weren’t busy at all. There was no wait. I wanted a specific color and showed him the color on my hand. He proceeded to say I have to look they have all colors. I completely felt rushed as he spoke to his co worker in another language and laughed......he asked me about 4 times if I was ready yet and I said not yet and he brought over a color that looked similar and I said ok that’s fine even though it did not match what was on my toes. When I sat down I asked him how much POLISH CHANGE is if I were to get the same on my toes. He told me 25 dollars. That is OBSURD. This salon is not nice by any means on the inside. I frequent a salon in Rocky River, Ohio that charges $12 for a polish change. He told me go to a cheap salon to get that price. After that I stood up from the chair and said I felt that this experience felt very rushed and unprofessional. I walked out. I would NOT recommend this salon. Very unprofessional. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing. This was the exact opposite experience.

Got a fill done last week and they completely rushed through the whole process. My nails are already lifting , polish was done horribly they didn't even cover the entire nail and air bubbles on every nail. Just an all around bad job.

My mails chipped the first day getting it done. I clearly wrote manicure and the guy started water for a pedicure. The lady doing my nails was rude. Not a place I would go again
